John is a Human Capital Partner and a specialist in driving large-scale business change including; HR strategy, Employee Experience, HR operating model re-design, HR Operations, global business services and HR digital transformation including AI.

Outside the office, John can be found spending time with his family and twin girls in and around Richmond and playing cricket through the summer.
