Jules is a member of the ABS Leadership Team, with responsibility for ABS strategy and transformation. He is an accomplished GBS executive with more than 25 years of cross-industry experience. Throughout his career, he has led numerous end-to-end GBS initiatives, encompassing strategy and design, implementation and operational delivery, and has successfully transformed complex, multi-functional organisations across Finance, Procurement, HR and IT.
