Katerina Santoro is Finance Process Technology Lead for Europe and a member of the Finance Operations Europe and Global Digital Finance Leadership teams.

With more than 25 years of experience in business process management, SAP consulting and finance transformation, she leads a regional team of process and technology experts. Katerina and her team have played key roles in Syngenta’s finance transformation initiatives and major technology implementations, including the successful deployment of S/4HANA across more than 80 European legal entities. Her expertise spans finance process design, change management and SAP-enabled transformation. She focuses on delivering technology initiatives that create business value and boost finance productivity.
