He works closely with Finance and Global Business Services leaders on initiatives spanning credit management, collections, disputes and cash application, combining process standardisation, automation and AI. With earlier hands-on experience in finance and collections, Matthieu brings both an operational and technology-driven perspective to O2C transformation.
