Michelle Moersch is responsible for the global internal audit department and compliance oversight for external regulatory reporting such as sustainability and statutory filings. She also provides process and control support for key projects at the Company. Currently she is the executive sponsor for the global statutory reporting centralisation initiative at Emerson. Michelle has held various prior roles at Emerson including Information Technology and Security Audit and Forensic Investigations. Prior to joining Emerson, she had 10 years of experience at Ernst & Young in the Advisory practice.

Ms. Moersch received a dual bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from St. Louis University and an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
