Olimpia is a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s GBS Advisory practice in Poland with over 13 years of experience in the BPO/SSC sector. She has advised clients on GBS transformations across Target Operating Model design and optimisation, process definition and standardisation, maturity assessments, business transitions, KPI and performance management, and business–service provider relationship development. Working with clients across various industries in Europe and North America, she has supported the delivery of transformation programmes focused on operational excellence and service effectiveness.
