Philippe is a Senior Manager from Deloitte Belgium. He specialises in multifunction GBS/SSC implementations as well as Finance Operations in various industries. He has worked on multiple projects from Shared Services strategic assessment to value realisation, to more detailed optimisations of finance processes such as Lead-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay. Since the start of his career, Philippe has lead many projects focused on more technical and innovative aspects, such as Intelligent Automation & Artificial Intelligence implementations.
