With over 20 years’ experience in business transformation, portfolio and project management, process excellence, shared services and BPO, she designs and implements complex transformation programmes that increase operational excellence and maximise customer‑centric business outcomes.

Previously she led HR effectiveness at dsm‑firmenich - driving HR process design, data governance and analytics, HR technology, automation and HR Shared Services/GBS optimisation - and before that was VP Business Process Excellence at Firmenich, leading a 60‑person global team and a 100+ project transformation portfolio while overseeing governance and BPO relationships.
