Peter Moller

European SSC/BPO Advisory Lead, Deloitte

Peter leads the European Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing Advisory Team within Deloitte. Since 1990 he has helped some 60 organisations with shared services, outsourcing and offshoring initiatives and leads a European Team that has worked with over 350 organisations in this space.

He has been quoted on shared services and outsourcing in a number of Management Journals including The Financial Times, The Times, Accountancy Magazine, and CFO Europe and has featured on channels such as CNN Europe and BBC Radio 4. In 2011 Peter was voted into Globalization Today's first annual 'Powerhouse 25' - the most influential 25 professionals driving the outsourcing industry, and in 2012 he received the IQPC's Shared Services and Outsourcing People's Choice Award for his Personal Contribution to the European SSC/BPO Industry.

Emma Lawson

Senior Manager, Deloitte

Emma joined Deloitte in 2007 to work on global shared services implementations across multiple sectors. Emma specialises in change management within shared services and BPO transitions as well as leading our Shared Services & BPO Conference, the UK Shared Services Discussion forum and the Global Business Services Executive Networking forum.

Emma has been the Conference project lead for the last 5 years.

Kim Burton

Manager, Deloitte

Kim has been part of the conference team for the past 6 years, working with relevant vendors on their presence at the event. Vendors provide valuable insights on the industry and also provide delegates with the opportunity to have conversations with enabling technology providers, investment agencies, and BPO providers during the conference building your network of solution providers.

Kim works with global organisations across the lifecycle of shared services and Business Process Outsourcing; from feasibility, through design, supplier selection, implementation, transition, through to the optimisation of financial processes and service delivery models.

Stuart joined Deloitte two and a half years ago and is the go to market lead for Finance in the UK. Stuart has over 10 years' experience working in marketing for professional services firms and this year will be Stuart's second conference.

Dorthe Harding Keilberg

Partner, Deloitte

With the firm since 2004, Dorthe is partner in the Consulting department of Deloitte, member of the Finance Transformation Team and the European Shared Services Leadership team.

Dorthe has mainly focused on project management in the areas of finance transformation and shared services implementation, and serves European and Global clients within consumer business and manufacturing industries.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Dorthe worked 13 years in the private sector within cost accounting and finance, where she gained experience within change processes, analysis, pre- and post-calculations, stock valuations, profitability analysis, follow up and IT implementations. Dorthe has lived and worked in a number of European countries and has a vast experience within the various cultures and ways of doing business across borders.

Jean-Michel Demaison

Partner, Deloitte

Jean-Michel Demaison leads the Deloitte Shared Services and Outsourcing Advisory team in France. He has been working in shared services and outsourcing since the early 90's. As a consultant, he has led several significant projects at an international scale with the implementation of shared services in France, Eastern Europe, Americas and Asia. His main clients have included global companies across a wide range of sectors and he is still very active in projects these days.

A member of several professional clubs, Jean-Michel has also been a regular speaker at the Deloitte's European SSC/BPO conference. He has also published several articles relating to organization trends in leading newspapers and magazines.
