View the 2015 conference website here.

About the conference
Over the last 16 years, Deloitte's Shared Services, Global Business Services & BPO conference has built up a reputation for being the leading event of its kind in Europe. This year's theme 'Make connections - Weaving capabilities to build value' will examine how pulling together different functions in a GBS or SSC model can add significant value regardless of the scale of your back office organisation.

We will also focus on how Social, Mobility, Analytics, and Cloud (SMAC) technologies are revolutionising the way that services are delivered as well as how shared services, GBS, and outsourced organisations engage with their customers and internal teams. There will also be case studies and presentations about how organisations are expanding shared services, GBS and outsourced capabilities both up and across the value chain. If you plan to attend just one event this year... then make sure this event is firmly in your diary.
  • 700 leaders

Last year's conference was attended by 700 delegates including Europe's leading CFOs, Financial Controllers, Global Business Services Leaders, Shared Services Heads, BPO Contract Managers, CIOs and HR leaders responsible for Shared Services Strategies.
